Clean Grounds, Bright Minds: Rotary Club Donates Trash Bins to Gotamco

Gotamco Elementary School continues to benefit from the kindness of its community partners, as the Rotary Club of Pasay Prime donated large trash bins to support the school’s cleanliness and solid waste management efforts.

The donation was warmly welcomed by school administrators, teachers, and students during a brief turnover ceremony held on campus. These big trash bins will be strategically placed around the school premises to encourage proper waste segregation and disposal — reinforcing discipline, responsibility, and environmental awareness among learners.

School Principal Mrs. Lea Marcelo expressed her sincere gratitude to the Rotary Club of Pasay Prime for their generosity. “These bins may seem simple, but they make a big difference in maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe school environment for our learners,” she shared.

This initiative aligns with Gotamco Elementary School’s advocacy for a greener and more sustainable campus. It also strengthens the school’s efforts under the Gulayan sa Paaralan and Brigada Eskwela programs, which promote cleanliness and shared responsibility in the school community.

The Gotamecian family deeply appreciates the Rotary Club of Pasay Prime for their continued support and commitment to service. Together, we build a school that is not only excellent in learning but also in caring for the environment.
