The Gotamco Elementary School Batang Empowered Resilience Team joined the Division BERT Camp 2023 last Sept. 29-Oct—1 at Jose Rizal Elementary School. 

It was a 3-day camping. The GES BERT was composed of four Grade 5 learners, Sean Quin Maglines, Lance Miguel Lopez, Lowrenzo Miguel Pangilinan, and Griffin Appleyard Ang. 

The BERT Camp led by the SDO DRRM Officers taught the BERT Campers survival skills, how to respond to a disaster, situational activities, and simple first aid.
