Gotamco Elementary School continues to prove its excellence not only in academics but also in sports, achieving remarkable success at the 2024 Division Palaro. Student-athletes showcased their talent, discipline, and determination, bringing home multiple medals and making our school community proud.

The GES Softball team was once again crowned as the Queens of the Diamond Field. Back-to-back Division Palaro Champions in Softball, these girls slayed their opponents and crashed their dreams.
Scoring 10-0 and defeating the TPES in the championship game, GES Softball showed no mercy and got the Gold once again.
Salute to Coach Joel Guillermo, Leah Guillermo, Joann Carranza, and Wylene Grace Marie Tabuli as they trained these Girls to reach their full potential.
Next up is the NCR Palaro where they will represent Pasay City this coming 2025.

Our Gambit Queen, Daniella Tamayo clinched the Chess Girls crown and got the Gold Medal at the Chess Girls Category.
Tamayo dominated her bracket advancing to the next round after the next round. Demolishing her opponents such as PZES, KES, and other Private Schools, she showed everyone who is the Queen.
Nothing but praise to Coach Herminigildo Alberto for teaching Daniella and competing with style.
Next up is the NCR Palaro where she will represent Pasay City this coming 2025.

Tony Donaire bagged the Bronze Medal at the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics placing third at Vault Exercise and Floor Exercise.
Molding our future Carlos Yulo is looking a success because Tony is currently at Grade 3 level.
Many opportunity awaits at young Donaire.
Next is our Taekwondo Team who bagged the Bronze Medal.
Kicking with style, the Taekwondo Team composed of young Grade 6 and Grade 5 Taekwondistas competed at the Division Palaro and placed Third in Boys and Girls Category.
We will kick back next year as we plan to promote this young kicker on the Taekwondo Belt Promotion Program.
The Division Palaro committee eyes on one of our Taekwondista and planned to recruit them on High School Team in Pasay.


The Basketball Team won the Bronze Medal at the Division Palaro.
Coming up short this year, the team won Silver last year. The team struggled to reach the Finals this year.
However, the team fought like no other, having their hearts pumped every game and giving it all.
It is still a win, the team had a record of 2-2 falling to the defending champions in the Semifinal round reaching the Bronze Medal.
Applause to Coach Dave Matthew Palmero for dedicating his time to teaching these boys the proper system of playing the game.
Also, our Tennis Team bagged medals as well.
Amber Gabrielle Bastasa secured the Silver falling short in the Championship Match.
Meanwhile, Kateryna Alethea Acuna secured the Bronze reaching the Semifinal round.
Still, a good fight for our young Tennis players who vowed to train more and come back stronger next year.
Kudos to Coach Ivory Cancan and Coach Wylene Grace Marie Tabuli who trained these players to reach their goal. Gold is not impossible next year and the future is bright for us.


Sean Yuri Bogtae clinched the Silver Medal at the Chess (Group Category) Boys.
Defeating the big schools such as PZES, TPES, and KES, Sean reached the championship match.
Falling short of his rival, Sean managed to keep the Silver Medal this year.
A big leap for him because this is his debut at the Division Palaro.
Devoted to making a comeback next year, Sean and Coach Hermie Alberto are devoted to training to reach the Gold medal next year.
